My Works

Building products that someone can use is user-friendly, so whatever I do, it's all about it here. I will do it more for every design, and it's never ending, but it's complete. Artists can think about colour and themeing, but design says how it would be structured from the user's perspective.

How Works

UX design (user experience design) is a digital product design methodology to solve a human problem. This human-centred design approach ensures design teams make decisions based on users’ needs rather than assumptions.

Before starting any of the design processes, we need to comprehend the website’s purpose. We also need to do our own investigation. Certainly in close collaboration with the client

  • Who is the product for?
  • What exactly audience expect or look for?
  • Is this product’s primary aim to inform, sell, or amuse?
  • How do you want to stand out from the competitors’ products?
  • What is the problem that this product is trying to solve?

Understand

Before you get started with any project, you need to get the basics down first. That means understanding two crucial elements: Your user | Your brand

Research

Interviews - Target audience and ask them pointed questions about their issues. User/Focus groups, Surveys, Usability testing

Analyze

User journey maps - A user journey map is a representation of the user’s interactions with your product.

Design

Site map, User flow, Mockups, Images, Icons, Colors,

Launch

User testing, Beta launch, Internal testing

Analyze (again)

How are our users responding to the product ? Did it solve their issues and pain points?

Designing Tools and Skills

Every tool is aim to design, it's comport for based upon design we are building.

ACME IT

Acme IT Services currently struggles to manage client-specific service agreements in a centralized, accessible, and efficient way. Their internal teams must often refer to fragmented documents across tools to understand what services are covered, which vendors are involved, and what SLAs apply

Overview

Acme IT provides customized IT and networking services tailored to each client's unique needs As a result: Switching between multiple tools increases inefficiency. Changes to services or vendor handoffs are not well tracked or communicated. Invoicing and payment collection become chaotic due to unclear scopes or missed updates. These issues result in client dissatisfaction, revenue loss, and internal frustration.

LMS

Subscription Model Redesign for an E-Learning Platform (Skill-Lync)

Overview

Conflict : The business team wanted to increase revenue by restricting access to free course previews, while user research showed that users preferred trial content before subscribing.
